Hey there! We work free contact ( which is hands on, face to face so to speak) with the wolves and wolfdogs. It helps because we all have the respect and understanding for how intelligent and powerful these animals are. ... and we know and understand wolves behavior, pack mentality, etc. to know how to work with them,....(just like learning how a cat thinks, or a bird).

They have a strong bond with you and become very attached and by having that relationship with them, opens the doors to do so much. For example, in my profile pic with me is Maya, and Arctic Wolf that has bonded with me so powerfully :) Since I have that bond, she has been able to conquer some fears she has had with men, I take her to schools and such to do presentations, she LOVES kids, does amazing with crowds...as long as I'm there, like a security blanket :P

Hi Katya!!! Wolf Connection is a non-profit organization. We are a wolf and wolfdog rescue as well as an enrichment and education youth empowerment program :) We take some of our animals to schools, events and such to teach and educate kids and the public about these magnificent creatures.

We have youth come and learn to take care of the wolves and as they do, they learn great skills of life and develop themselves as an individual :)

It's truly the most amazing job ever, I love it!
