“I wonder, was it man who domesticated the wolf? … or was it wolf which domesticated man?”
~ anonymous
Since pre-historic times, man has been associated with the Wolf through a common bond. Revered and admired for its hunting skill, as well as its social structure and affectionate bonding, man’s early survival was due in large to their close association with the Wolf, both as protector and fellow hunter. For the Native American Indians the Wolf was the possessor of magical powers. A spiritual animal that presented all of the best qualities that they hoped to reflect in their lives: nobility, love, care and protection of family, excellent hunting skill, and a keen sense of survival. Therefore, the Wolf was for them a mentor and model that showed them how to conduct their lives, not only to survive, but to live with honor and dignity. Join F.P. Universals Terry Lynam, The Breath Centers Michael Brian Baker, Reiki practitioner Dawn Jarocki and Wolf Connection founder, Teo Alfero, for an experiential workshop not to be missed. Reconnect to an ancient bond and experience an evening of wildlife education, hiking, breathwork, Reiki healing and your own personal evolution in the company of these majestic, magical creatures. We will meet at 3:00pm. As the sun shines over the majestic peaks of the Sierra Paloma mountains, we will share our vision and share about the life, history and myth surrounding these wonderful creatures. Shortly there after, our group will journey up a scenic trail, humans and wolves together, for an evening hike to ground and receive blessings from the land. Upon our return, we will settle in with the pack, under the olive groves and sunset dye to practice an ancient Pranic reath and Reiki healing combination that will initiate connection to the wolves higher senses, internal unconditional love and a heart opening, personal healing first within ourselves, which will then be offered and radiated out to the entire universe. As our healing comes to a close, we will share a quiet potluck meal together in gratitude and appreciation of mother earth and her many, many treasures. Aho Mitakuye Oyasin ~ Cost: $85.00 - $255.00 For a family of Four After your participation
