ONCE A MONTH WE OPEN OUR DOORS TO SHARE A DAY IN NATURE THROUGH THE EYES OF THE PACK WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC 

With beautiful Spring conditions, this is the perfect time to bring your family and friends and hike through the hills of our brand new compound.  The environment is greening up and you'll probably spot a few wildflowers here and there.  The animals are excited too!  They can't wait to hike with you!  So what are ya waiting for???  Pull on a pair of sturdy shoes, bring plenty of water, and some food for the potluck at the end of the hike.  Our monthly hikes are donation-based which directly supports our program and the wolves.

After an introductory welcome and safety talk by our staff, we will head out for an outdoors adventure that combines an exciting hike AND a view of nature through the eyes of the pack. We will travel up and down desert hills, forest and creeks enjoying a magnificent scenery and fresh air.

As the air begins to cool down we will hike back to the rescue center to spend more quality time with the animals as they begin playing in the water, and have some well deserve treats.

This is the only event at our facility that you can attend without having to commit to the volunteering program and takes place on the last Saturday or first of every month (please stay tuned and always confirm with us since date and time might change)
